Year you joined DWT: 2017
How you describe your work to a kid: I go to court to get answers to problems people are having a hard time solving on their own.
Diversity hero: I admire the people with the courage to shine a spotlight on the inequities and who also do something to change it from positions of power. There are so many women and people of color who are soldiers in the daily fight to bring change.
Why you serve on the diversity committee: I want to create a workplace where I would want my daughter and son to work, one that realizes the possibilities and reflects the talents of everyone.
Personal goal in five years: I hope to be a partner in a law firm that reflects the diversity and multiculturalism and varied experiences of our clients and of the world so that we can continue to use the law to solve problems that are brought to us in an understanding and informed way.
