DWT Diversity

L. Danielle Toaltoan

Hometown: Small town Pennsylvania near Lancaster County

Year you joined DWT: 2015

How you describe your work to a kid: I help companies protect their logos.

Diversity hero: My father, who founded the only black-owned law practice in the city of Philadelphia.

Why you serve on the diversity committee: Because it is my personal mission to ensure that privileged institutions like DWT open their doors to more people from historically underrepresented groups.

Personal goal in five years: To emulate my mentors Lynn Loacker, Portia Moore, Roxanne Elings, and John Magliery, all of whom serve on the Diversity Committee, in their leadership in the firm as well as commitment to our clients.
