How you describe your work to a kid: I help the people who give your mom and dad jobs fight accusations by their employees that they have been treated unfairly.

Diversity hero: Judge Leon Higginbotham of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals because he overcame extreme adversity to become one of the most respected jurists of his time.

Why you serve on the diversity committee: Because it is important to have attorneys in this firm who mirror the society that we serve.

Personal goal in five years: To be a federal judge.
