How you describe your work to a kid: I help people and companies understand and follow the rules.

Diversity heroes: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for paving the way for diversity and women’s equality in the legal profession. Muhammad Yunus, a Bangladeshi activist who founded Grameen Bank, for pioneering women’s economic empowerment through microcredit and microfinance.

Why you serve on the diversity committee: Diversity is critical to DWT’s long-term success and will enable greater innovation and foster the creative potential that individuals of diverse backgrounds bring to the workplace.

Personal goal in five years: Hike the Tahoe Rim Trail and Half Dome, lead a backpacking trip in Desolation Wilderness, and run a marathon.
